Once again this is optional but I usually ask employees to answer these questions and we discuss it. We may review OKRs if useful.

- Which goals did you meet? Which goals fell short?
- Where do you feel you need to improve?
- What motivates you to get your job done?
- What can I do to make your job more enjoyable?
- What are your ideal working conditions to be the most productive?
- What goals to do you have for next quarter?
- Where have I (management) helped or hindered your work?
- Do you have any questions for me related to your work here and your future goals at the company?
