The goal is to keep all the databases on a company level and use views/tags to organise within departments. Things are kept simple to give you more flexibility and allow you to impart your own ways into the framework. Use it as a starting point! 💪

The company will be broken up into core databases and then departments / specific hubs will have views of those databases

CORE Databases

You can create more, remove some or do whatever is useful for your company. In this structure EVERYTHING is viewable by everyone. You can create team spaces with partitioned databases if this is an issue.

Projects, Features & Ideas

This database will hold ideas, work projects, features and everything else similar to that

Tasks

This is linked to the Projects database and has individual tasks, you can use this to view tasks per person and team members can use this as their own task management system.

Meetings

Every meeting is stored in this area and this can be sectioned off for each person / department.

SOPs Directory

Centralised Repository for easy access and reference, ensuring consistent workflows and compliance across teams or departments. These are documents that will be reused many times over the course of operations.

Change Log

Detailed record of all the updates, changes, and improvements made to a product, software, or system, providing transparency and tracking for version control and development progress. PS. Works best when automated to connect to Slack where we all send our announcements!

People Portal

Centralised database that contains key information about employees

Documents

A centralised place to store all random documents and notes that anyone in the company takes. Use tags to help organise if needed.

Swipe Files

A place to store all the inspiring resources, ads or anything else that you want to keep safe for inspiration later on.
