Create hubs as needed for each department and use linked views of databases & tagging to organise it.
This is another view for projects & tasks
The company will be broken up into core databases and then departments / specific hubs will have views of those databases
You can create more, remove some or do whatever is useful for your company. In this structure EVERYTHING is viewable by everyone. You can create team spaces with partitioned databases if this is an issue.
This database will hold ideas, work projects, features and everything else similar to that
This is linked to the Projects database and has individual tasks, you can use this to view tasks per person and team members can use this as their own task management system.
Every meeting is stored in this area and this can be sectioned off for each person / department.
