This guide is to kick off your operations for a new company. Just like how you may get operating system for your computer - this is a OS for your company at the start. This can work well into the 30+ person range but by then you can make more unique decisions on how to run it.
This is idea for any startup team between 5 and 40 people. It could work well for teams larger than this but I’ve used these mainly for teams in this size range. Minimum bureaucracy / systems but enough to keep everything clean and tidy.

You can choose (1) to get started with the whole OS or use (2) for specific document templates.
Watch the video and click “Quick Start OS” and duplicate that entire page into your team space. This will give you all the databases you’ll need to start.
