When something happens, especially in teams - there is sometimes a focus on the problem. People provide excuses, blame others or try to justify why it happened. Instead, try to move passed all that quickly - quick justifications to help understand why it happened (to avoid in the future) can be okay but then move straight into solution mode. Sometimes even calling it out → “Guys we’re focused on the problem but let’s move to solution mode now” Focusing on solutions give you new energy, new mental mind maps. “What shall we do about this?”
