Pyramid of Clarity

This is a way to breakdown the clarity of what you need to do in steps. First set your mission and set an honest mission. Too many people are bogged down with trying to create something globally inspirational.

For example: Shaan’s friend had a mission of creating a creatively fulfilling cash generating machine.

From here, set some goals, you can use 🚀Floor Goals & Fk Yeah Goals for this.

Then have a think about what you need in terms of:

• Financials
• Product
• People

Then you can also extend this to:

• Here’s the type of things you would say yes too. Consider 🙌🏽Raise your ‘Yes Threshold’
• Here’s the type of things you would say no too

Then you can have your to-dos and tasks underneath. This is what it should look like:

• Mission
• Goals
• Financials
• Product
• People → Things I say yes to → Things I say no to → Tasks
