The Regret Minimization Framework is a decision-making concept introduced by Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon. He used this framework when he decided to leave his high-paying job and start Amazon. The idea behind this framework is to project oneself into the future and then look back onto one's life to minimise any regrets. In other words, when faced with a decision, you should consider what you might regret in the future, and make your decision based on minimising those possible future regrets.
When making a decision ask yourself which option am I going to regret more? Then pick the other one.
