When you have a sensation around worry or a distraction - write it down. You’re offloading it from your brain to think about. Then you can schedule time to worry about those things. Then in your brain, you have a schedule slot to think about it so it feels it can relax. Then by the time you get to the worry time, you’ll find 9 out of the 10 things don’t matter anymore.
