As you grow, you will find your legacy systems, people and products may not be the best fit anymore.
Do not be afraid to cut the ‘fat’ and remove them from your arsenal. Product lines that may no longer have product market fit. Systems or management that doesn’t work any more should be replaced and people who constantly don’t adapt should be reviewed too (including your senior managers and co-founders)
