Asking yourself or a team this question: "What would this look like if it was easy?" can be a great way to produce new insights or ways to approach a problem.
For instance, if you're having trouble with a complex project, you might ask yourself, "What would this look like if it was easy?" Maybe the answer is to break the project down into smaller, more manageable tasks or to delegate parts of it to others. Or, if you're struggling to meet your fitness goals, you might ask the same question and realise that it would be easier if you had a workout buddy or a personal trainer to keep you accountable.
