Often, we find ourselves so engrossed in chasing long-term goals that we overlook the power of small, daily actions. A simpler and more effective approach could be to ask ourselves, "What could I do today that I would be happy I did tomorrow?" This mindset encourages us to take small but consistent steps towards our goals and recognises that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. In this way, we can make meaningful progress every day, and feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when we look back tomorrow.
